Joseph Gomes is business development manager for Telops Methane Airborne Detection Services, where he leads the adoption of advanced infrared technologies to help energy operators meet environmental regulations and improve sustainability. His work supports emissions detection, reporting, and environmental integrity across the energy sector.

Joseph brings over two decades of industry experience, with leadership roles at Chevron, Dow Chemical, and ExxonMobil. At Chevron, he directed the DeepStar Program, guiding more than 150 offshore technology projects. He continues to shape best practices in emissions, subsea systems, and regulatory collaboration.
